The use of what we have here in this life should be given serious attention to the fact that it will not be lasting; for, things break, tear, and need repair. As we brace ourselves for any possible problems that could come our way, we must realize this life as quickly passing and the need to get one’s heart in line with God’s will in the relation- ship of soul. The necessity of being filled with the goodness of God is especially important to the functioning of one’s life to shine forth the way of Jesus in the direction of the Holy Spirit. There will certainly be a time that the extra amount of preparation by reading God’s Word will greatly aid in standing fast in the faith by the awareness of what is needed in time to come. We must therefore take a serious assessment to be ready to meet the Lord as though He would not delay in His coming; but, as it seems so long and His mercy for time to make it right with Him, we should look at our own lives with complete attention to the fruit bearing maturity that is rooted and grounded in properties that glow into the brightness to follow Him all the way till we are fully in His presence. He has a place prepared by the power of His rule and authority that many have expected in the foundation of His building that saves from all harm in better promises than what was at those times not seen in the fullest sense of understanding. With the good and bad that are together in this life, the true separation and what will be noticed in distinction will be up to God in judgment; for, He is just in His ways and wholesome in His choosing of His people unto Himself as a Husband for His bride! So as beauty to grow into a glow of brightness to see the way, we must have enough in genuine possession to carry us through and sustain us till the time to come into His glorious presence in the eternal life He has promised to those who have carried on this life’s work in honesty and integrity!
